Similar to "No Competition, No Market" in the business world, sometimes the best way to understand a different perspective of your organizations potential 'big picture' comes from an outsider or someone not familiar with your ecosystem. These people can alert you to what you are potentially missing and what path to follow. Hint: Follow the money.
